Enrollment & Participation Agreement

Policies Governing Registration, Participation, Certification and Academic Standards

Version 1.0  ·  Effective Date: 01 August 2026  ·  ITCGA — International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics

THE ITCGA EDUCATIONAL CHARTER

Advancing Medical Education Through Excellence

The International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics (ITCGA) was established to promote excellence in postgraduate medical education through scientific integrity, clinical innovation, evidence-based practice and international collaboration.

At ITCGA, education is regarded as a continuous professional journey rather than the completion of a single course. Every educational programme is designed to support the responsible advancement of clinical knowledge, technical competence, ethical decision-making and patient safety.

Our educational philosophy is founded upon four fundamental principles:

  • Scientific Excellence — delivering education that reflects current evidence, international best practice and continuous academic development.
  • Professional Integrity — promoting ethical medical practice, honesty, accountability and respect for patients, colleagues and the wider healthcare community.
  • International Collaboration — bringing together experienced healthcare professionals, faculty members and institutions from around the world to encourage multidisciplinary learning and scientific exchange.
  • Lifelong Learning — supporting continuous professional development throughout every stage of a healthcare professional's career.

Every Participant who joins an ITCGA programme becomes part of an international academic community committed to these principles. Participation in an ITCGA educational activity signifies acceptance of these values and a commitment to maintaining the professional standards upon which the Institution is founded.

PREAMBLE

This Enrollment & Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the contractual relationship between the International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics (“ITCGA”) and every individual who applies for, purchases, accesses, attends or otherwise participates in any educational activity organised, delivered or endorsed by ITCGA.

This Agreement applies to all educational programmes provided by ITCGA, including but not limited to congresses, conferences, certification programmes, fellowship programmes, masterclasses, workshops, cadaver laboratories, live demonstration courses, hands-on practical training, webinars, online education, hybrid learning, observerships, memberships and all related educational services.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a clear framework governing registration, participation, academic standards, certification, financial obligations and the respective rights and responsibilities of both ITCGA and its Participants.

By submitting an application, completing registration, making any payment, accessing educational materials or attending any ITCGA programme, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
PART I — ENROLMENT

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

1.1 ITCGA

1.2 Participant

“Participant” means any individual who applies for, registers for, purchases, attends, accesses or otherwise participates in any educational programme organised, delivered or endorsed by ITCGA.

1.3 Programme

“Programme” means any educational activity organised, delivered or endorsed by ITCGA, including but not limited to congresses, international conferences, certification programmes, fellowship programmes, masterclasses, workshops, hands-on training courses, cadaver laboratories, clinical observerships, live demonstration courses, webinars, online learning, hybrid educational programmes, scientific meetings, educational memberships and any other educational activity organised by ITCGA.

1.4 Faculty

“Faculty” means lecturers, instructors, moderators, scientific advisors, programme directors, invited speakers, examiners and all other educational professionals formally appointed by ITCGA.

1.5 Academic Office

“Academic Office” means the department responsible for programme administration, participant registration, certification, academic coordination and related educational operations.

1.6 Digital Content

“Digital Content” includes all electronic educational materials provided by ITCGA, including recorded lectures, videos, presentations, manuals, publications, images, online learning modules, downloadable resources, assessments, examinations and any other digital educational resources.

1.7 Registration Fee

“Registration Fee” means any tuition fee, deposit, administrative fee, certification fee or any other payment made in connection with participation in an ITCGA programme.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR ENROLMENT

ITCGA educational programmes are intended primarily for licensed healthcare professionals and other participants who satisfy the eligibility requirements specified for the relevant programme.

Certain programmes may require evidence of professional registration, academic qualifications, previous clinical experience or other prerequisites before enrolment can be confirmed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any ITCGA programme. ITCGA reserves the right to assess every application individually and may request additional documentation where considered necessary.

Admission shall become effective only upon written confirmation issued by ITCGA following successful review of the Participant's application and satisfaction of all applicable registration requirements.

ITCGA reserves the right to refuse, postpone or withdraw enrolment where eligibility requirements have not been met or where participation is reasonably considered incompatible with the academic objectives, professional standards or safety requirements of the programme.

3. REGISTRATION AND FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1 Application

Participation in any ITCGA Programme requires the submission of a completed registration through the official ITCGA registration system or by any other registration method expressly approved by ITCGA.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the registration process is complete, accurate and up to date.

3.2 Review of Applications

Applications are reviewed by the Academic Office. ITCGA may request supporting documentation, evidence of professional registration or further information before confirming any application.

3.3 Formation of the Agreement

A legally binding agreement between ITCGA and the Participant is formed only upon issue of written confirmation of enrolment by ITCGA, whether by email or through the official registration system.

3.4 Programme Capacity

Places within each Programme are limited. Confirmed registrations are allocated in the order in which completed applications and payments are received, unless otherwise stated for the relevant Programme.

4. PROGRAMME FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Programme Fees

Programme Fees are published through the official ITCGA website or communicated directly by the Academic Office. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP).

Programme Fees normally include tuition only unless additional services are expressly identified within the Programme description. Travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, visa costs, transportation, banking charges and all personal expenses remain the sole responsibility of the Participant unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment

Full payment shall be made by the deadline communicated by ITCGA unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in writing. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the Participant's reservation without further notice.

4.3 Deposits

Where ITCGA permits payment by deposit, the deposit shall secure a provisional place within the Programme. Deposits are non-refundable and shall be deducted from the total Programme Fee upon payment of the remaining balance.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4.4 Currency and Banking Charges

Participants are responsible for all currency conversion costs, bank transfer charges, intermediary banking fees and payment processing costs incurred during the payment process. ITCGA shall receive the full Programme Fee without deduction.

5. EDUCATIONAL CREDIT, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

5.1 Educational Credit Policy

ITCGA is committed to maintaining the continuity and quality of its educational activities. As Programme places are limited, faculty members are scheduled in advance and significant academic and organisational resources are allocated for each Participant, all confirmed registrations are regarded as final.

Accordingly, all Registration Fees and deposits paid to ITCGA are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable law.

Rather than operating a conventional refund policy, ITCGA maintains an Educational Credit Policy, enabling Participants, in appropriate circumstances, to transfer the value of their registration to a future ITCGA Programme. Educational Credit is granted entirely at the discretion of ITCGA and shall not constitute a monetary refund or financial entitlement.

5.2 Requests for Educational Credit

Participants who are unable to attend a confirmed Programme should notify ITCGA in writing as soon as reasonably practicable. Where appropriate, ITCGA may approve Educational Credit for future use.

Educational Credit:

  • has no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for money;
  • may only be used by the registered Participant unless otherwise approved in writing;
  • may only be applied to ITCGA Programmes;
  • shall normally remain valid for twelve (12) months from the original Programme date;
  • may not be divided between multiple Programmes.

Any difference between the original Registration Fee and the fee applicable to the newly selected Programme shall remain payable by the Participant. Educational Credit does not accrue interest and shall not constitute a financial instrument.

5.3 Circumstances Eligible for Consideration

Educational Credit requests may be considered in circumstances including, but not limited to: serious illness or injury; hospitalisation; major surgery; pregnancy-related medical complications; bereavement involving an immediate family member; official military deployment; documented visa refusal; or other exceptional circumstances which ITCGA considers reasonable.

Supporting documentation may be requested. The submission of supporting documentation does not guarantee approval. All decisions shall remain entirely at the discretion of ITCGA.

5.4 Circumstances Normally Not Eligible

Educational Credit will not normally be granted where non-attendance results from: changes in personal circumstances; business or employment commitments; annual leave arrangements; financial difficulties; airline schedule changes; accommodation issues; travel inconvenience; failure to obtain travel insurance; or any circumstance reasonably within the Participant's control.

5.5 Failure to Attend

A Participant who fails to attend a Programme without prior written notification shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn. In such circumstances the Registration Fee shall be forfeited, Educational Credit shall not normally be granted, and no refund or compensation shall be payable.

5.6 Programme Transfers

Where Educational Credit has been approved, ITCGA shall determine the most appropriate alternative Programme according to availability and academic suitability. Programme transfers may normally be approved on one occasion only. Following acceptance of a transferred registration, no further transfer or cancellation rights shall arise unless otherwise determined by ITCGA.

5.7 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including, where applicable, rights arising under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. PROGRAMME MODIFICATIONS

ITCGA continually reviews and develops its educational Programmes to reflect advances in medical science, educational methodology and international best practice.

Accordingly, ITCGA reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify Programme schedules, educational content, faculty members, speakers, venues, practical sessions, assessment methods, certification requirements and other operational arrangements.

Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation, provided that the Programme continues to achieve its principal educational objectives. Where material changes become necessary, ITCGA shall use reasonable efforts to inform Participants as soon as practicable.

PART II — PARTICIPATION, PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

7. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

7.1 Professional Standards

ITCGA is committed to maintaining an educational environment founded upon professionalism, mutual respect, scientific integrity and ethical medical practice. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the standards expected of regulated healthcare professionals throughout every stage of their participation in an ITCGA Programme.

7.2 Participant Responsibilities

Participants shall:

  • conduct themselves professionally at all times;
  • demonstrate courtesy and respect towards faculty members, patients, fellow Participants, venue personnel and members of the ITCGA team;
  • comply with all applicable laws, institutional regulations and health and safety requirements;
  • follow all reasonable instructions issued by ITCGA Faculty or authorised representatives;
  • contribute positively to a safe, respectful and collaborative educational environment.

7.3 Unacceptable Conduct

The following behaviours are considered unacceptable and may result in immediate disciplinary action: abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour; discrimination, harassment or bullying; disruptive conduct affecting the educational environment; behaviour compromising patient safety or participant welfare; deliberate damage to property or equipment; unauthorised access to restricted clinical or laboratory areas; and any conduct likely to bring ITCGA into disrepute.

7.4 Removal from a Programme

Where ITCGA reasonably considers that a Participant's behaviour is unsafe, unethical, unlawful or inconsistent with the standards expected by the Institution, ITCGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate that Participant's involvement in the Programme with immediate effect. Removal under this provision shall not give rise to any entitlement to a refund, Educational Credit or compensation.

8. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

8.1 Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all mandatory educational sessions forming part of the Programme. Certain Programmes may specify minimum attendance requirements as a condition of certification.

8.2 Late Arrival

ITCGA reserves the right to refuse admission to practical sessions, examinations or live demonstrations where a Participant arrives sufficiently late to compromise safety, educational quality or the orderly conduct of the Programme.

8.3 Active Participation

Participants are expected to engage actively in educational discussions, practical exercises and learning activities where appropriate. The educational experience is intended to be collaborative and interactive.

8.4 Attendance Records

ITCGA may maintain attendance records for academic, administrative, accreditation and certification purposes.

9. CLINICAL TRAINING, HANDS-ON EDUCATION AND PATIENT SAFETY

9.1 Educational Purpose

All clinical demonstrations, workshops, practical sessions, simulation training, cadaver laboratories and hands-on activities are conducted exclusively for educational purposes. Participation in practical activities does not constitute authorisation to perform any medical procedure independently.

9.2 Professional Responsibility

Participants remain solely responsible for ensuring that any knowledge or techniques acquired through an ITCGA Programme are applied only where permitted by the laws of their jurisdiction, professional licensing authorities, institutional policies, ethical standards and applicable clinical guidelines.

Nothing within any ITCGA Programme shall be interpreted as granting professional licensure, specialist recognition or legal authority to practise.

9.3 Faculty Supervision

Practical education shall take place under the supervision of ITCGA Faculty. Participants shall comply immediately with all reasonable safety instructions provided during practical activities.

9.4 Participant Safety

ITCGA reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation in any practical activity where continued participation may reasonably be considered unsafe for the Participant, Faculty, patients or other attendees.

10. CADAVER LABORATORIES AND CLINICAL ENVIRONMENTS

Where a Programme includes cadaver laboratories, anatomical specimen workshops or clinical environments, Participants shall observe the highest standards of professional conduct and respect. Human anatomical material shall be treated with dignity at all times.

Photography, video recording, live streaming or reproduction of cadaveric material is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by ITCGA.

Participants shall comply with all laboratory rules, biosafety procedures, infection prevention measures and personal protective equipment requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate removal from the practical session.

11. LIVE CLINICAL DEMONSTRATIONS

Certain Programmes may include live patient consultations, clinical observations or procedural demonstrations. Participants acknowledge that patient welfare, clinical judgement and professional ethics shall always take precedence over educational objectives.

Accordingly, Faculty Members may modify, postpone, interrupt or cancel any demonstration whenever considered clinically appropriate. No Participant shall directly examine or treat a patient unless specifically authorised by both the responsible clinician and ITCGA.

12. MEDICAL EDUCATION & CLINICAL DISCLAIMER

This section consolidates the clinical limitations applicable to all ITCGA educational activities. It forms an integral and inseparable part of this Agreement.

12.1 Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice

All educational content provided by ITCGA is intended exclusively for the postgraduate education of healthcare professionals. Nothing presented, demonstrated, published or discussed within any ITCGA Programme or on the ITCGA website constitutes medical advice, clinical consultation or a recommendation for the treatment of any individual patient.

12.2 No Professional Licensure

Participation in an ITCGA educational Programme does not confer a medical licence, create specialist status, establish board certification, provide governmental recognition, authorise independent clinical practice, grant hospital privileges or replace any national licensing or regulatory requirements. Professional recognition of ITCGA educational activities remains subject to the laws, regulations and licensing authorities applicable within each Participant's jurisdiction.

12.3 No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Participation in an ITCGA educational Programme does not establish a doctor–patient relationship between any Participant and any patient involved in a clinical demonstration, between any Participant and ITCGA, or between any Participant and any Faculty Member or educational partner of ITCGA. Faculty Members provide education only; clinical responsibility remains exclusively with the treating healthcare professional responsible for the patient's care.

12.4 Clinical Decision-Making and Professional Responsibility

Clinical decisions remain exclusively the responsibility of the Participant. Each Participant remains independently responsible for professional judgement, patient selection, informed consent, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedural performance, complication management, post-procedural care, compliance with local legislation, professional indemnity requirements and ethical medical practice. Nothing taught, demonstrated or discussed during an ITCGA Programme shall replace the Participant's independent clinical judgement.

12.5 No Guarantee of Clinical Outcomes

ITCGA makes no representation or guarantee regarding the clinical outcomes achieved by Participants following completion of any educational Programme. Clinical results depend upon numerous factors, including patient selection, medical history, anatomical variation, practitioner experience, clinical judgement, equipment, products used, post-treatment care and individual patient response.

12.6 Off-Label Use and Emerging Techniques

Faculty Members may discuss emerging techniques, innovative procedures, new technologies or clinical approaches that may not yet be approved, licensed or routinely accepted in every country or jurisdiction. Such discussions are intended solely to facilitate scientific exchange. Participants remain solely responsible for determining whether any technique, device, medicine or procedure may lawfully and appropriately be used within their own jurisdiction and professional scope of practice.

12.7 Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Products and Commercial References

Reference to any product, manufacturer or commercial organisation during an ITCGA educational activity is provided exclusively for educational purposes and shall not be interpreted as a commercial endorsement, a guarantee of safety or effectiveness, a recommendation for universal clinical use, or a substitute for the manufacturer's official Instructions for Use (IFU) or applicable regulatory guidance.

12.8 International Regulatory Differences

Laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising rules, professional standards and permitted scopes of clinical practice vary significantly between countries. Participants remain solely responsible for compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable within their own jurisdiction, and ITCGA accepts no responsibility in this regard.

13. ASSESSMENT, CERTIFICATION AND ACADEMIC RECOGNITION

13.1 Assessment

Where applicable, Programmes may include written examinations, practical assessments, competency evaluations, assignments or other academic assessment methods. Assessment requirements shall be determined individually for each Programme.

13.2 Certification

Certificates shall only be issued where the Participant has satisfied attendance requirements, completed all mandatory academic activities, fulfilled any applicable assessment criteria, complied with this Agreement, and satisfied all financial obligations owed to ITCGA.

13.3 Nature of Certification

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ITCGA certificates acknowledge successful participation in an educational activity. They do not constitute a professional licence, specialist registration, governmental recognition, legal authority to perform medical procedures, or automatic recognition by any regulatory authority. Recognition of any ITCGA certification remains subject to the laws, regulations and professional requirements applicable within the Participant's own jurisdiction.

13.4 Verification of Certification

ITCGA reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of certificates issued by the Institution where verification is requested by employers, educational institutions, regulatory authorities or other legitimate third parties.

13.5 Academic Integrity

Academic honesty forms an essential part of every ITCGA educational activity. Cheating, plagiarism, falsification of records, examination misconduct or any attempt to obtain certification dishonestly may result in withdrawal from the Programme, refusal of certification, revocation of previously issued certification, and exclusion from future ITCGA educational activities.

PART III — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, DIGITAL CONTENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

14.1 Ownership

All educational materials developed, provided, published or otherwise made available by ITCGA remain the exclusive intellectual property of ITCGA or the respective copyright owner. This includes, without limitation, lectures and presentations, course manuals, educational publications, scientific articles prepared for ITCGA programmes, surgical videos, procedural demonstrations, digital learning modules, examinations and assessment materials, clinical photographs, illustrations, graphics, animations, educational software, online learning resources, programme handbooks, and all other educational content made available before, during or after participation in an ITCGA Programme.

14.2 Licence to Participants

Upon enrolment, Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use ITCGA educational materials solely for their own personal professional education. No ownership rights are transferred to the Participant.

14.3 Prohibited Use

Unless expressly authorised in writing by ITCGA, Participants shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, translate, adapt, commercially exploit, sell, sublicense, incorporate into other educational programmes, or otherwise make available any ITCGA educational material to any third party.

14.4 Text and Data Extraction

Participants shall not perform systematic copying, automated extraction, text and data mining, reverse engineering or any comparable activity intended to reproduce or analyse ITCGA educational materials beyond normal personal educational use.

15. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL PLATFORMS

ITCGA recognises that artificial intelligence technologies are becoming increasingly integrated into healthcare and education. However, protecting the integrity of educational content and the intellectual property of the Institution remains of fundamental importance.

Accordingly, unless expressly authorised in writing by ITCGA, Participants shall not upload, submit, reproduce, process or otherwise make available any ITCGA educational materials, examinations, faculty presentations, manuals, videos, clinical photographs, digital resources or proprietary content to any artificial intelligence platform, large language model, machine learning system or similar technology.

This restriction includes, without limitation, the use of publicly accessible or commercial artificial intelligence services for content generation, summarisation, translation, analysis, machine learning, dataset creation or automated educational processing.

Nothing within this provision prevents Participants from applying the professional knowledge acquired during an ITCGA Programme within their own clinical practice. However, all original educational materials shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of ITCGA. The obligations contained within this section shall continue after completion of the Programme.

16. RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

16.1 Recording by Participants

To protect patient confidentiality, educational integrity and intellectual property, Participants shall not photograph, record, livestream or otherwise capture any educational activity unless expressly authorised in writing by ITCGA. This restriction applies equally to lectures, workshops, cadaver laboratories, practical sessions, webinars, online learning environments, faculty presentations and clinical demonstrations.

16.2 Recording by ITCGA

ITCGA may photograph, film or otherwise record educational activities for legitimate educational, scientific, quality assurance, archival or promotional purposes. Participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings created during an ITCGA Programme.

Media created by ITCGA may be used across the ITCGA website, educational platforms, scientific publications, social media channels and promotional materials, always in a professional and respectful manner. Where required by applicable data protection legislation, Participants may object to future promotional use by submitting a written request to ITCGA. Such objection shall not affect the lawful use of material already produced or published before receipt of the request.

17. CONFIDENTIALITY

Participants acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information during an ITCGA Programme. Confidential information may include unpublished educational content, examination materials, faculty presentations, patient information, clinical discussions, scientific data, proprietary teaching methods, institutional documentation, research information, and any other information designated as confidential.

Participants shall maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use confidential information except where expressly authorised by ITCGA or required by law. These obligations shall continue indefinitely following completion of the Programme.

18. USE OF THE ITCGA NAME, LOGO AND CERTIFICATION

The name International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics, the abbreviation ITCGA, all logos, programme titles, certification marks, trademarks and institutional branding remain the exclusive property of ITCGA.

Participants shall not: represent themselves as ITCGA Faculty Members; describe themselves as official representatives of ITCGA; imply institutional endorsement where none exists; alter or reproduce ITCGA certificates; use ITCGA branding in advertising; or register domain names, company names, trademarks or social media accounts incorporating the ITCGA name or any confusingly similar designation.

Completion of an ITCGA Programme entitles the Participant only to represent the qualification expressly awarded by ITCGA. Any other representation requires prior written approval.

19. DATA PROTECTION

ITCGA processes personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and all other applicable data protection legislation in force within England and Wales.

Personal data shall be processed only for legitimate educational, administrative, regulatory, accreditation, certification, communication, quality assurance and institutional purposes.

Further information regarding the collection, processing, storage and protection of personal information is contained within the ITCGA Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available on the ITCGA website.

PART IV — GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

20. TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND VISA RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are solely responsible for arranging and financing their own travel, accommodation, local transportation, passport validity, visa applications, insurance and any other personal requirements associated with attendance at an ITCGA Programme.

Where requested, ITCGA may issue a letter confirming Programme registration solely for visa application purposes. Such correspondence shall not constitute any guarantee that a visa will be granted. Visa decisions remain exclusively within the authority of the relevant governmental authorities.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, refusal, delay or cancellation of a visa shall not create any entitlement to a refund. Where appropriate and supported by official documentation, ITCGA may, at its sole discretion, offer Educational Credit in accordance with this Agreement.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance before making any travel arrangements.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

ITCGA shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, modification or cancellation of a Programme arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include, without limitation: natural disasters; epidemics or pandemics; public health emergencies; governmental restrictions; war; terrorism; civil disturbance; industrial action; international travel disruption; airline suspension; venue unavailability; faculty illness; utility failures; cyber incidents; internet outages; or any other event beyond the reasonable control of ITCGA.

Where reasonably practicable, ITCGA shall endeavour to reschedule the affected Programme or offer an appropriate educational alternative.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ITCGA shall exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in organising and delivering its educational Programmes.

ITCGA does not warrant or guarantee individual learning outcomes, examination success, procedural competence, professional advancement, employment opportunities, regulatory recognition, certification acceptance by third parties or specific clinical results. Educational achievement depends upon numerous factors, including individual preparation, prior experience, active participation, continuing practice and ongoing professional development.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITCGA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss arising from participation in any Programme. Without limitation, ITCGA shall not be responsible for travel costs, accommodation expenses, visa fees, currency exchange losses, loss of earnings, business interruption, airline cancellations, personal belongings, or services provided by third parties.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

23. COMPLAINTS AND ACADEMIC REVIEW

ITCGA is committed to maintaining the highest standards of educational quality and professional conduct. Participants are encouraged to raise any concerns promptly so that they may be addressed fairly and efficiently.

Formal complaints shall be submitted in writing to info@itcga.co.uk. Where appropriate, matters may be referred to the Academic Office, Scientific Committee or other authorised representatives for review. Following completion of the internal review process, ITCGA shall communicate its decision in writing.

Nothing in this section prevents a Participant from exercising any legal rights available under applicable law.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

25. FINAL PROVISIONS

25.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the ITCGA Privacy Notice, Website Terms of Use, Cookie Notice, Programme Information and any written correspondence issued by ITCGA concerning the Participant's enrolment, constitutes the entire agreement between ITCGA and the Participant. No verbal statement or prior communication shall modify this Agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of ITCGA.

25.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25.3 Electronic Acceptance

Completion of online registration, submission of an application, electronic signature or payment of any Registration Fee constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

25.4 Survival

Any provision intended by its nature to survive completion, cancellation or termination of participation shall remain fully effective, including provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, certification, limitation of liability, data protection, use of the ITCGA name, dispute resolution and governing law.
