Conditions Governing Access to and Use of the ITCGA Website

INTRODUCTION

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.itcga.co.uk, together with any subdomains, digital learning platforms and related online services operated by the International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics (“ITCGA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) (collectively, the “Website”).

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website, whether browsing as a guest, submitting an enquiry, or registering for an educational Programme.

These Terms should be read together with the ITCGA Privacy Notice, the ITCGA Cookie Notice and, where you register for a Programme, the ITCGA Enrollment & Participation Agreement, each of which is published on the Website and forms part of the ITCGA institutional policy framework.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing, browsing or using the Website in any manner, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, institution or employer, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and references to “you” shall include that organisation.

ITCGA may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. The version currently in force will always be published on the Website.

3. INTENDED AUDIENCE AND ELIGIBILITY

The Website is intended primarily for licensed healthcare professionals and others with a legitimate professional or academic interest in postgraduate medical education.

The Website and the services offered through it are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Certain areas of the Website, including course descriptions and educational previews, may contain clinical or anatomical content presented in a professional, scientific context. By accessing such content, you confirm that you are doing so for legitimate professional or educational purposes.

4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NO MEDICAL ADVICE

5. PROGRAMME INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION

Descriptions of educational Programmes, schedules, faculty, venues, accreditation and fees published on the Website are provided for general information and are subject to change. Publication of a Programme on the Website constitutes an invitation to apply and does not constitute a contractual offer.

Registration for any Programme is governed by the ITCGA Enrollment & Participation Agreement, which is presented and accepted during the registration process. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Enrollment & Participation Agreement in relation to Programme participation, the Enrollment & Participation Agreement shall prevail.

All fees are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. ITCGA reserves the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors on the Website, including after an application has been submitted but before written confirmation of enrolment has been issued.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of the Website, including digital learning platforms, may require the creation of a user account. Where an account is created, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current and complete information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• notify ITCGA promptly of any unauthorised use of your account; and
• accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with third parties, including colleagues, is prohibited. ITCGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where these Terms have been breached.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and all content published on it — including text, articles, course descriptions, educational materials, images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos, animations, logos, trade marks, page design, layout, software and databases — are the property of ITCGA or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

The name International Training Center for Cosmetic Gynecology and Aesthetics, the abbreviation ITCGA and all associated logos and branding are the exclusive property of ITCGA.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view Website content for your own personal, professional and non-commercial use.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by ITCGA, you shall not:

• reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, display or transmit Website content;
• modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from Website content;

• introduce viruses, malware or any other technologically harmful material;
• carry out denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Website;

Where the Website permits you to submit enquiries, applications, feedback, testimonials or other material, you confirm that any material you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You must not submit any patient-identifiable information through the Website, including clinical photographs or case details, unless expressly requested through a secure channel designated by ITCGA and accompanied by appropriate patient consent.

15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

ITCGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website where it reasonably considers that you have breached these Terms, compromised the security of the Website, or acted in a manner harmful to ITCGA, its Participants, Faculty or other users.

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ITCGA Privacy Notice, the ITCGA Cookie Notice and, where applicable, the ITCGA Enrollment & Participation Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITCGA in relation to your use of the Website.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Any failure by ITCGA to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it subsequently.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. ITCGA may assign its rights and obligations to any successor institution or affiliated entity.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
